Monday

  • 9:00 AM:  YogaUnbound FlowFlow with the breath through sequences for balance, strength and relaxation

Tuesday

  • 9:00 AM 11:30 AM:  Private and semi-private classes

  • 9:00 AM:  Barre Fitness and Beyond Ballet barre sequences plus movement and upper body strengthening
  • 10:30 AM 12 Noon:  Private and semi-private classes

Thursday

  • 9:00 AM:  Mindful FlowYoga Breathe, move and relax.
  • 5:30 PM:  Vinyasa Flow – Flow with the breath through sequences for balance, strength and relaxation 

Friday 

  • 9:00 AM:  Barreless Fitness and Beyond — A hybrid of barre fitness and strengthening
