- 9:00 AM: Sunday Flow — “easy like Sunday morning“
- 4:00 PM: Yin Restore — Combination of yin, breathwork, meditation and restorative poses. (2nd & 4th Sundays of each month)
Monday
- 8:30 AM: Barre Fitness — Combines barre, pilates, yoga and dance for cardio fitness, increased metabolism, strength-building and stress reduction.
- 4:00 PM: Yoga to Restore and Renew — Perfect for winding down at the end of the day!
Tuesday
- 9:00AM: Yoga for Wellness — Focus on healing and strengthening hips, knees, backs and shoulders plus a restorative shavasana
Wednesday
- 8:30 AM: Sculpt & Strengthen — Full body workout with hand weights, resistance bands and high-intensity sequences for cardio fitness, increased metabolism, strength-building and stress reduction.
Thursday
- 9:00AM: Yoga Flow — Energize and strengthen
- 5:30 PM: Yoga to Restore and Renew — Perfect for winding down at the end of the day!
