Yoga and Fitness Schedule: Summer 2022

Classes are held at the YogaUnbound studio and online via Zoom. I’m happy to schedule a small group (2 or more) to meet your busy schedule.

Sunday

  • 4:30 PM: Yin Restorative — Breathe, renew and restore. (2nd & 4th Sundays)

Monday

  • 8:30 AM: Yoga + Barre Combines barre, pilates, and yoga for cardio fitness, increased metabolism, strength-building and stress reduction.
  • 4:00 PM: Yoga to Restore and Renew — Perfect for winding down at the end of the day!

Tuesday

  • 9:30 AM: Yoga for Wellness Focus on healing and strengthening hips, knees, backs and shoulders plus a restorative shavasana.
  • 5:15 PM: Yoga Flow — Energize and strengthen

Thursday

  • 8:30 AM:  Sculpt & Strengthen Full body workout with hand weights, resistance bands and high-intensity sequences for cardio fitness, increased metabolism, strength-building and stress reduction.
  • 9:30 AM: Yoga for Wellness — Focus on healing and strengthening hips, knees, back and shoulders plus a restorative shavasana.
  • 5:15 PM: Yoga to Restore and Renew — Perfect for winding down at the end of the day!

Saturday

  • 8:30 AM:  Saturday Flow A perfect combination of deep stretching and energizing strengthening.
