- 9:00 AM: Sunday Flow — A perfect combination of deep stretching and energizing strengthening.
- 4:00 PM: Yin Restorative — Breathe, renew and restore. (2nd & 4th Sundays)
Monday
- 8:30 AM: Yoga + Barre — Combines barre, pilates, and yoga for cardio fitness, increased metabolism, strength-building and stress reduction.
- 4:00 PM: Yoga to Restore and Renew — Perfect for winding down at the end of the day!
Tuesday
- 9:00 AM: Yoga for Wellness — Focus on healing and strengthening hips, knees, backs and shoulders plus a restorative shavasana.
Thursday
- 8:30 AM: Sculpt & Strengthen — Full body workout with hand weights, resistance bands and high-intensity sequences for cardio fitness, increased metabolism, strength-building and stress reduction.
- 9:30 AM: Yoga for Wellness — Focus on healing and strengthening hips, knees, back and shoulders plus a restorative shavasana.
