  • 9:30 AM:  Sunday Flow — “easy like Sunday morning”

Monday

  • 9:00 AM:  Yoga Foundations — Weekly themes and sequences to advance your practice
  • 5:30 PM:  Vinyasa Flow — Flow with the breath through sequences for balance, strength and relaxation 

Tuesday

  • 9:00 AM:  Barre Fitness and Beyond — Ballet barre sequences plus movement and upper body strengthening

Wednesday

  • 4:00 PM:  Yin + Restorative Yoga — Restore and renew mind and body
  • 5:30 PM:  Vinyasa Flow — Flow with the breath through sequences for balance, strength and relaxation

Thursday

  • 9:00 AM:  Gentle Yoga — Breathe, move and relax

Friday 

  • 9:00 AM:  Barreless Fitness and Beyond — A hybrid of barre fitness and strengthening
