  • 9:00 AM:  Sunday Flow “easy like Sunday morning

Monday

  • 8:30 AM:  Yoga Unbound Flow Flow with the breath through sequences for balance, strength and relaxation 

Tuesday

  • 9:00 AM 12:00 Noon:  Private classes

  • 4:30 PM:  Flow and Restore — Combination of YogaUnbound Flow, deep stretching and a restorative shavasana.

Wednesday

  • 8:30 AM:  Sculpt & Strengthen  — Barre and fitness sequences for cardio fitness, increased metabolism, strength-building and stress reduction.

Thursday

  • 9:00 AM:  Yoga Unbound Flow Flow with the breath through sequences for balance, strength and relaxation 

Friday 

  • 8:30 AM:  Sculpt & Strengthen  — Barre and fitness sequences for cardio fitness, increased metabolism, strength-building and stress reduction.
