Yoga and Fitness Schedule: Spring 2022

Classes are held at the YogaUnbound studio and online via Zoom. I’m happy to schedule a small group (2 or more) to meet your busy schedule.

Sunday

  • 9:00 AM:  Sunday Flow “easy like Sunday morning
  • 4:00 PM:  Yin Restore — Combination of yin, breathwork, meditation and restorative poses. (2nd & 4th Sundays of each month)

Monday

  • 8:30 AM: Barre Fitness Combines barre, pilates, yoga and dance for cardio fitness, increased metabolism, strength-building and stress reduction.
  • 4:00 PM: Yoga to Restore and Renew — Perfect for winding down at the end of the day!

Tuesday

  • 9:00AM: Yoga for Wellness Focus on healing and strengthening hips, knees, backs and shoulders plus a restorative shavasana

Wednesday

  • 8:30 AM:  Sculpt & Strengthen Full body workout with hand weights, resistance bands and high-intensity sequences for cardio fitness, increased metabolism, strength-building and stress reduction.

Thursday

  • 9:00AM: Yoga Flow — Energize and strengthen
  • 5:30 PM: Yoga to Restore and Renew — Perfect for winding down at the end of the day!
