Clinging to Mindfulness – The Art of Rock Climbing

Coming off the 8-week UMass Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, I thought back to canyoneering and rock climbing at Zion National Park when I heard the following quote from Joanna Marcy
